Sunset Ranch Event Center - Fredericksburg, TX

Rates for the Sunset Ranch Event Center vary by the season and day of week. Please contact us for available dates, rate details, and vendor information for your special event.


Saturday, peak months: $6,500

Friday or Sunday, peak months: $5,500

Saturday, non-peak months: $5,500

Friday or Sunday, non-peak months: $4,500

(Peak months: March – June, October, November)
(Non-peak months: January, February, July – September)

All Events

Sunset Ranch requires full-service caterers who must be onsite until the conclusion of the event.

If alcohol will be served, certified TABC certified bartenders must also be onsite throughout the entire event.

Sunset Ranch also requires that an event coordinator be onsite during the entire event.

A $1,000 damage deposit is required for each event.

A Certificate of Insurance for Day of Event Insurance must be submitted.

A security guard must be onsite and visible at all times for parties with 50 guests or more.

Sunset Ranch has a list of preferred/approved vendors.  Information for vendors not on the list must be submitted for approval.


Weddings & Receptions

Wedding rental fees include use of the Sunset Ranch event center from 9am-11pm on the day of the event along with one additional hour on the day prior for rehearsal. Couples are also welcome to use the facility, by appointment, for a two-hour photo session.

Furniture pieces included with the rental fee are 160 indoor Chiavari chairs, 20 round dining tables, 6 bar cocktail tables, and 4 rectangular indoor tables.

Corporate Events

Corporate rates are based upon hourly use and services. All furniture is provided for corporate events. Presentation equipment is available for all corporate needs. Linens and outdoor seating, including delivery and labor, should be provided by a vendor.


Sunset Ranch has collaborated with several homes, villas, B&Bs, and hotels within 10 minutes from the venue. Please request the vendor list for recommended accommodations.
