Yes, for our clients' benefit we require a licensed Event Coordinator is hired within 60 days of booking your event at Sunset Ranch. To what extent of service is your choice. We now offer exclusive coordination packages. Ask us for details!
Providing there is not another event booked on that day, yes, you are welcome to bring decorations, etc. the day before.
Due to our elevation and the ceremony lawn artificial turf, no fireworks (sparklers) are permitted. Many couples choose to use glow sticks, white rose petals or bubbles for their send off.
